1 Introduction

4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of ymdd177 or any of its associated entities, subsidiaries, or partner organisations.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through ymdd177 or any linked responsible gambling programme.
6. You have not previously had an Account closed by ymdd177 due to a breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account on ymdd177, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the ymdd177 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All funds deposited into your Account are free from any connection to criminal activity, money laundering, or the proceeds of illegal conduct.
• You are participating in games and sports betting on a voluntary basis and are solely responsible for all wagers placed from your Account.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

ymdd177 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback rewards, and any other promotional incentives offered by ymdd177 are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated within the relevant promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (as set out in the individual promotion terms) on eligible games before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total Bonus Fund amount unless otherwise stated.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to expiry deadlines. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards satisfying wagering requirements. • One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: ymdd177 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Minimum Odds: Bonuses applied to sports betting are subject to minimum odds requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Wagers placed on events with odds below the stated minimum will not contribute towards wagering requirements.

8 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers placed on the ymdd177 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer games, or sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other covered events — are subject to the following rules:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. ymdd177 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ymdd177 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Account balance.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time of acceptance are the binding odds for that wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• ymdd177 reserves the right to place maximum bet limits on any Player, market, or game at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, ymdd177's recorded outcome — verified against official game logs or relevant sports data providers — shall be determinative.
• Casino game results are determined by independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. ymdd177 does not manipulate game outcomes.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ymdd177 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, maintaining, or operating more than one Account on the platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit referral programmes, or deliberately structuring betting patterns to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games, or coordinating live dealer betting strategies with other players at the same table.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your payment provider for any valid completed transaction on ymdd177. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through all available legal and financial remedies.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated software to place wagers, simulate play, or interact with the platform in any manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds through ymdd177 as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to interfere with, modify, reverse-engineer, or access the underlying technology, data infrastructure, or software of the ymdd177 platform without authorisation.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ymdd177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy incorporated herein.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Identification of the Account holder as a self-excluded player.
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive.

11 Responsible Gambling

ymdd177 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Players with tools to maintain control of their gaming activity. The Platform takes player welfare seriously and has incorporated the following safeguards into all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings. Once applied, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts to receive notifications after defined periods of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 7 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During exclusion periods, all account access and promotional communications are fully suspended.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the ymdd177 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, website design, text, graphics, audio, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of ymdd177 or is licensed to ymdd177 by its respective owners. All rights are expressly reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ymdd177.

Unauthorised use of the ymdd177 brand name, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes, affiliate marketing without authorisation, or any other purpose not expressly permitted herein constitutes an infringement of ymdd177's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal proceedings.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ymdd177 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, or third-party payment failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account due to a failure by the Player to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment service providers, including DuitNow, FPX, e-wallet operators, or Malaysian banking institutions.
• Errors in published odds, game pay tables, or promotional terms where such errors are clearly typographical in nature and do not reflect the Platform's genuine intended offering.
• Any loss of opportunity, business, revenue, or reputation suffered by a Player arising from use of or inability to access the Platform.

ymdd177's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ymdd177 holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

ymdd177 does not operate under Malaysian law or claim any regulatory authorisation from any Malaysian government body. Malaysian players are solely responsible for their own compliance with applicable Malaysian laws regarding participation in online gambling. By registering an Account and placing wagers, Malaysian players acknowledge this responsibility.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ymdd177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via in-platform notification or email to the address associated with your Account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact customer support to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible remaining balance.
